  2. Platform – an Internet platform operating under the FORMANO.PL domain;
  3. Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity or a legal person or an organisational unit without legal capacity, to which legal capacity is granted by law – who has concluded or intends to execute an Agreement with FORMANO Mateusz Biegajło TIN: 537-246-21-07 or who uses or intends to use at least one Service or Electronic Service;
  4. Product – a movable item available via the Platform which is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and FORMANO Mateusz Biegajło TIN: 537-246-21-07;
  5. Service – functionality available via the Platform for a fee, not having a material nature, being the subject of an Agreement between the Customer and FORMANO Mateusz Biegajło TIN: 537-246-21-07;
  6. Agreement – an agreement for the provision of a Service concluded or entered into between the Customer and FORMANO Mateusz Biegajło TIN: 537-246-21-07 via the Platform or any other type of agreement individually defined in the Terms and Conditions;
  7. Electronic service – a service provided electronically by FORMANO Mateusz Biegajło TIN: 537-246-21-07 to the Customer via the Platform;

CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA

The controller of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: Regulation) is FORMANO Mateusz Biegajło TIN: 537-246-21-07

Every user or customer of the Platform, in order to use the Electronic Services or to place an order, has the right to voluntarily enter data. In the case of the use of certain services, including during the ordering process, the input of data, although voluntary, may be necessary for the performance of the Electronic Service or the completion of the order.

The data (mandatory) to be entered in the event of using the Electronic Service or completing an order are always specified in the form for entering this data.

RIGHT OF ACCESS TO DATA

THE RIGHT TO ERASURE

The Privacy and Security Policy do not cover information relating to services, goods or websites of third parties, made available offers on the Website under agreements with other parties. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)
